Funeral services for Clyde Mullikin will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018, at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday evening, at the funeral home. Interment is at Cameron Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shriners Children’s Hospital.
Clyde Arthur Bear Poke Mullikin, 68, Winston, died on Aug. 14, 2018, at his home.
Clyde was born on May 18, 1950, in Kearney, to Clyde Edward and Elinor Eileen (Ward) Mullikin.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Howard Curtis; and sister, Rosalie Barnes.
Clyde was a 1968 graduate of Kearney High School.
He worked for 30 years as maintenance foreman for Armco Steel, before retiring.
He was a member of the Lake Viking Church, Northwest Missouri Bear Hunters, and the NRA.
On Oct. 7, 1972, Clyde married Wanda JoAnn Jodi Tilduh Baker in Kearney.
Survivors: wife, Jodi, of the home; son, Clyde Trey Mullikin, Winston; two daughters, Heather Mullikin-Gould, Lawson, Missouri, and Tracy (Doug) Mullikin-Dodd, Cameron, Missouri; five grandchildren, Megan Dickens, Bradley Williams, C.J. Mullikin, Izzy Dodd and Emma Dodd; two great-grandchildren, Ava and Cora Dickens; two brothers, Gary (Donna) Curtis and Darrell Mullikin; sister, Kate Parks.
