Brittany Klever, 27, Cameron, will teach music for kindergarten through 12th grade. Born and raised in Cameron, Ms. Klever graduated from Cameron High School. She received a bachelor of music education at MWSC and a master’s of euphonium performance at University of Missouri-Kansas City. She previously taught at Park Hill South. Her fiance, Wesley Enyeart, is a music teacher at Tri-County.

Tina Praiswater, 37, Maysville, will teach first grade. Ms. Praiswater was born in Texas, but raised mostly in St. Joseph. She graduated from Central High School. She received a B.S. in education (early childhood) at MWSU. She taught kindergarten for three years at Hamilton; and first grade for two years at Braymer. Her husband, Daniel Praiswater, is an EMT for DeKalb/Clinton County. They have three children, Autumn, 5, Hailee, 3, and Gabriel, 7.

Josh Junco, 27, Holt, will be physical education/health teacher for kindergarten through 12th grade. Born and raised in Polo, he graduated from Polo R-7. Mr. Junco received his degree in physical education K-12 from the University of Central Missouri (UCM) at Warrensburg.  He previously taught at Pleasant Hill R-3.

Krissy Lee, 35, Winston, will teach seventh and eighth grade language arts and Spanish as well as elementary library and technology for grades kindergarten through eighth. Born and raised in Winston, Ms. Lee graduated from Winston R-6. She received her bachelor of social work from MWSU. Ms. Lee substitute taught for four years at Winston before obtaining certification in elementary education and middle school language arts. Her husband, Jase Lee, just began working at Nelson Heating and Cooling in Bethany. Their children are Jentry, 5, who will be starting kindergarten at Winston, and Savannah, 3, who will be starting preschool at Winston this year.

Eden Beasley, 22, Cameron, will teach English for grades nine to twelve. Ms. Beasley was born in Springfield and raised in Derby, KS. She graduated from Derby High School. She received her B.S. in English from Southwest Baptist University. She student taught at Buffalo High School in Buffalo, MO.

Dustin Figg, 31, Cameron, will teach geography, current issues, personal finance, and computers for seventh through 12th grades. He will teach health for grades seven-eight. Mr. Figg was born in Columbia and raised in Hale. He graduated from Hale High School. He received his B.S. in K-12 physical education from University of Central Missouri. He previously taught at Keytesville High School for the last five years.

Nadia Burger, 38, Osborn, will teach sixth grade. Born and raised in Modesto, IL, she graduated from Northwestern High School. Ms. Burger received her B.S. in elementary education from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, and an endorsement in special education from McMurray College. She previously taught at Jacksonville School District in Jacksonville, IL. She also previously worked on the family farm. Her husband Andy works for CP railway as a signal maintainer. They have one daughter, Isabella, 8.

Amy Botts, 49, Meadville, will teach early childhood special education for preschool. Born and raised in Brookfield, Ms. Botts graduated from Brookfield High School. She received her bachelor’s in education from MWSC and her master’s in education from William Woods. She has taught for 25 years, the last 16 at Grundy County R-5. Her husband Mark is a mechanic at Chillicothe Ford. They have two children, Matthew, 21, a senior at Missouri S&T, and Emily, 16, a junior at Meadville High School.
