Sandy and Richard Dustman of Jamesport are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Taryn Dustman, to Zachary Douglas, son of Cecil and Carol Douglas of Wheeling. Ms. Dustman, a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, is a coach and physical education teacher at Gallatin R-5. Mr. Douglas, also a graduate of NWMSU, is the Human Resources NCO at the National Guard Amory in Trenton. The couple will be getting married on Oct. 27 in Chillicothe.
