Help Access II by doing survey

A link for the State Plan for Independent Living survey is now available at  https://surveymonkey.com/r/AREANEEDS2018. The survey is for people in the community to give feedback on the services needed for people with disabilities.

The survey is being sent out across the state and the results will help Centers for Independent Living (CIL), like Access II at Gallatin, focus its goals for the coming year.

This survey takes about five minutes to fill out, and will help at the state level to identify the needs for people with disabilities.

Any help from the public will be appreciated.
