Caleb Baker, 11, Ridgeway, received minor injuries in an accident that happened in Daviess County at about 8:25 a.m. on June 15.
According to the highway patrol, James Baker, 31, Ridgeway, was northbound on Route AA. Three miles west of Old Pattonsburg, he pulled over and came to a stop to park, partially off the east side of the road.
While stopped, the vehicle slowly began to overturn. It came to rest on the passenger side on the east side of the road.
Caleb was transported by Noel T. Adams Ambulance to Cameron Regional Medical Center.
He was wearing his seat belt.
The flatbed was totaled.
The accident was investigated by Cpl. P.M. Kimball.
