Mass of Christian Burial for Elizabeth Buhman was held June 18 at St. Columba Catholic Church, Conception Junction, under the direction of Price Funeral Home, Maryville. Burial was at St. Columba Cemetery, Conception. The family suggests memorials to St. Patrick’s Catholic Church or St. Columba Cemetery.

Elizabeth L. Betty Buhman, 66, Darlington, died June 14, 2018, at her home. Betty was born on Aug. 30, 1951, to Joseph L. and Dora L. (ORiley) Baumli.
She was a 1969 graduate of West Nodaway High School and graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in 1972. She was a school teacher at King City and Union Star Schools for 33 years, retiring in 2009.
Betty was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, President of the Altar Society and a member of the Missouri Retired Teacher Association.
She married Ed Buhman on May 27, 1972, in Maryville. He survives of the home.
Betty was preceded in death by her father.
Other survivors include her children, Brian (Anna) Buhman, Ralston, NE, Teri (Jason) Stoll, Stanberry, Christopher (Amy) Buhman, Lee’s Summit, Kathy (Landon) Crawford, McFall; her mother, Dora Baumli Moutray, Maryville; sister, Linda Estes, Quitman; brother, Larry (Pam) Baumli, Mesa, AZ; and 12 grandchildren.
