The USA Junior Men’s Softball Team is prepping for next month’s WBSC Junior Men’s World Championship to be held in Prince Albert, Canada, and one Winston High School alum continues to play a big role in that preparation.
Craig Lewis helped spark the USA Junior Men to a 3-0 sweep in last weekend’s exhibition and training camp tournament held in Houston, Texas. Lewis went 4-for-7 at the plate in his two games, with two doubles and a home run. He was the winning pitcher in an 8-3 victory over the Senators on Saturday, allowing six hits and two earned runs.
Pictured with Craig are his father, Eric, Winston High School alum Michael Fischer and grandfather Nylen Lewis.
