The Community Action Partnership of North Central Missouri’s Health Services will hold clinics in June at the following towns, according to Jennifer Farmer, Administrative Services Manager.
Chillicothe: 18th from 9:30 am – Noon and 1:30 pm – 5 pm. Clinics are located at 511 Elm. For appointments, please call 660-359-2855 or toll free 1-877-611-7600.
Trenton: 16th from 9 am – Noon. Clinics are located at 1506 Oklahoma Ave. Please use the second door on the north side of building. For appointments call 660-359-2855.
