Monday – smothered meatballs, buttered carrots, broccoli, blushing pears; Tuesday – chicken livers or chicken strips, French fries, green beans, mixed fruit, oatmeal cookie; Wednesday – ham loaf, baked potato, roasted Brussels sprouts, tropical fruit; Thursday – hot roast beef sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy, California blend, cinnamon applesauce; Friday – baked ham, sweet potatoes, spinach, pineapple, rolls.
