1:59 am – Marcus Harris, 26, San Antonio, TX, was arrested by Daviess County on a warrant from Bexar County, TX, for felony assault charges. Harris was also charged with misdemeanor no valid driver’s license and other traffic offenses by Daviess County. Bond is set at $750. Harris was transferred to Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail (DDCRJ).
5:40 pm – Dennis Swearingin, 37, Altamont, was arrested in Gallatin by Daviess County on a warrant for probation violations on original charges of possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to DDCRJ. Bond denied.
7:56 pm – Report of several cows out on Highway NN west of Jamesport.
11:04 pm – Beau Barton, 20, Winston, was arrested on a Ray County warrant for failure to appear (FTA) on traffic violations. Barton was transferred to DDCRJ awaiting extradition. Bond set at $2,500.

9 am – Court in session with 27 prisoners in house.
9:15 am – Larry Karstens, 65, Gallatin, was arrested for probation violation on original charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm. No bond is set.
11:20 am – Ruth Boe, 46, Coffey, was arrested on probation violations on original charges of felony possession of a controlled substance. No bond is set.
8:28 pm – Out with stranded motorist in Gallatin.
10:09 pm – Assisting Gallatin Police Department (PD) with trespassing complaint.
10:01 pm – To Jamesport reference possible runaway juvenile.
11:43 pm – Above subject has been located.

1:47 am – Subject sitting on guardrail on Highway 6 east of Jamesport.
8:25 am – Cattle out on Highway 6 east of Altamont.
2:49 pm – Two-car accident on Highway 6 and NN in Jamesport. No injuries.
2:55 pm – Report of possible drunk driver .
11:42 pm – Assisting Gallatin PD with possible domestic disturbance.

7:26 am – Stranded motorist on Highway 6 blocking west bound lane.
7:41 am – Complaint of suspicious person at gas station in Pattonsburg.
8:07 am – Cow out on CC and Vista; tried several possible owners, no contact.
4:48 pm – Report of pit bull charging person. No report of injury.
8:22 pm – Report of domestic disturbance in Altamont. Daviess County Deputy at the scene.

5:23 am – Report of vehicle vs. deer southbound on I-35 at 73 MM. Driver needing assistance to exit vehicle. Towing company called.
10:01 am – Report of cows out on gravel road off of V Highway. Owner contacted.
7:42 pm – Property owner calling to report horses out in his corn field; unable to locate owners. Horses wandered off.
9:43 pm – Report from Cameron Regional Medical Center (CRMC) that an 8-year-old is being treated for a dog bite. Daviess County deputy assisting.

1:04 am – Report of overdue motorist from the Lake Viking area, had not been heard from. At 5:20 am motorist has been located.
1:47 pm – Two-vehicle accident on Highway 69 in front of Pit Stop. No injuries reported.
2:56 pm – Advised cows out on J Highway. At 3:25 pm owners on scene to round them up.
5:02 pm – Report of someone backing into parked vehicle at Winston school.

2:46 pm – Report of stalled vehicle in front of Casey’s in Gallatin. Bridgeman’s called to tow.
5:47 pm – Report of cow out on CC just north of Vista. Unable to locate owner.
