The Gallatin FFA Chapter hosted the 73rd Annual FFA Banquet on May 3, 2018 in the school gym. There were 143 members and guests present at the event. The following students earned honors at the annual banquet.
Scholarship medals for being on the honor roll for three consecutive quarters were presented by Brent Burke to the following: Caragan Baker, Maddi Michael, Jenna Rains, Carli Beck, Hayden Jumps, Johnna Tadlock, Gabe Allen, Riley Dutro, Libby Endicott, Calvin Grady, Jessica Hart, Gloria Hernandez, Macie McNeely, Annie Nelson, Madalyn Shubert, Tom Crouse, Tristen Gibson, Dariyn Pettit, Nic Widner, Riley Holmes, Klayton Lynch, Graydee Rains, Jacob Wilson, Bethany Bailey, Addison Burns, Justice Fry, Trent Ishmael, Owen Schweizer, Tayton Terry, Megan Cox, Shaunessy Easton, Colin Beck, Kelli Lynch, Cole McBee, and Glenn Smit.

State Proficiency Awards recipients were Addison Burns, state winner in AgriScience Plant Research Systems; Graydee Rains, Area II winner at state, Fiber and Oil Crop Production; Shaunessy Eaton, area winner at state in Food Service; Declan Schweizer, area winner at state in Diversified Crop Production; Megan Cox, area winner at state, Beef Production Entrepreneurship.
State CDE Teams were recognized in Entomology, Forestry, Dairy Foods – Owen Schweizer, Group I, Megan Cox, Group I; Horse Judging – Morgan Glidewell, Group I; Floriculture, FFA Knowledge, Beginning Placement Recordbook – Hayden Jumps.
The BTC Bank $100 Sophomore SAE Scholarship was awarded to Jessica Hart, presented by Clint Vanatta.
The Farmers Bank Achievement Award was awarded to Glenn Smit, presented by Cody Bird.
The Gallatin FFA Scholarship was awarded to Shaunessy Eaton, presented by Brent Burke.
The Vennis and Clara Croy Memorial Scholarship was arded to Megan Cox, presented by Dennis Croy.
Star Greenhand was awarded to Hayden Jumps.
Jessica Hart was named Outstanding Sophomore.
Addison Burns was named Outstanding Junior.
