Gallatin High School music students attended the Missouri State High School Activities Association Music Contest at the University of Columbia campus on April 26.
Taylor Harper’s flute solo received a gold rating.
Receiving silver ratings were Emily Andersen, vocal solo; Maelea Coulson, Sarabeth Michael, Taylor Harper, flute trio; Emily Andersen, Blythe Hunter, Taylor Harper, Sarabeth Michael, SSAA quartet; Sarabeth Michael, flute solo; and Blythe Hunter, vocal solo.
Receiving bronze ratings were Maelea Coulson, flute solo; Jacob Wilson, trumpet solo; Savannah Riley, Macie McNeely, Caleb Fawson, Brigham Steele Burke Dalton, Destiny Owings, Marrissa Byrom, and Megan Redman, miscellaneous vocal ensemble.
