Kelly Anne Christopher and Judge Brent Elliott were united in marriage on April 7, 2018, at Stewartsville.
The small service was officiated by longtime friend, Evangelist Kyle White. The ceremony included a song written and performed specially for Kelly by the judge, referencing their 5½ year engagement.
Upon conclusion of the ceremony, while still in their wedding attire, the judge and Kelly attended fundraising events for Clinton County Law Enforcement and Emergency Service Providers in Lathrop and the Clinton County Historical Society in Plattsburg.
Kelly currently resides near Chillicothe where she has served as the Livingston County Clerk and Recorder of Deeds. She will conclude her 34-year career as one of Livingston County’s longest serving public officials and join Judge Elliott on his farm near Stewartsville at the end of her term this year.
Judge Elliott is the Division 2 Circuit Judge for the 43rd Judicial Circuit (Caldwell, Clinton, Daviess, DeKalb and Livingston Counties).
