Grandview woman charged in assault at Southside
Montana D. Siemer, 27, Grandview, was charged with assault after she struck a 27-year-old female subject with a beer bottle, causing a head wound about one inch in length that required stitches at the Cameron Regional Medical Center, according to the probable cause statement.
The disturbance at Southside Tavern in Gallatin was reported at 1:15 a.m. March 4, and Siemer was taken into custody at 1:49 a.m. She was transported to DDCRJ and held on a felony D warrant of 2nd degree assault. Bond was set $15,000 cash, 10% deposit bond; $1,500 bond was posted.

1:40 pm – Putnam County advising they have Jennifer Kelley, 26, Unionville, on a Daviess County warrant for probation violation on original charges of class C felony possession of a controlled substance. Kelley will be transferred to DDCRJ with bond denied.
7:49 pm – Report of attempted house break-in Jamesport. Building secure.

4 pm – Brenda Bearpaw-Mead, 54, Weatherby, turned herself in on a Daviess County warrant for class E felony DWI – persistent offender. Mead was transferred to DDCRJ on $25,000 bond.
10:16 pm – Subject requesting well-being check on individual in Jamesport.

2:33 pm – Robert Wyatt, 32, Kansas City, was transferred to DDCRJ from Clay County on a Daviess County warrant for FTA for peace disturbance, class B misdemeanor. Bond is set at $500 cash.
9:52 am – Daviess County deputy assisting medical call in Jameson.
6:33 pm – Car vs. deer near Altamont entrance. No assistance needed.
6:43 pm – Vehicle hits deer from above call.
6:48 pm – Above deer removed from roadway.
7:10 pm – Vehicle vs. cow on Highway CC north of HH. Report of several cows out in area. No injury reported.
7:25 pm – Several possible owners contacted in above cow incident.

1:12 am – Dakota James Tucker, 23, McFall, arrested and sent to DDCRJ on a misdemeanor A warrant for assault 4th degree. Bond of $2000 paid.
2:35 am – Cathy Hartman, 45, Pattonsburg, transported to DDCRJ for a 12-hour hold on driving while intoxicated. Warrant served for misdemeanor DWI, resisting arrest and child endangerment. $2000 bond posted.
1:55 pm – Daviess County deputy assisting Jameson Fire Department and Gallatin Fire Department with out-of-control grass fire off Route DD north of Lake Viking.
