The Jamesport City Council accepted an amendment to an ordinance on factory built homes that would limit their age to 10 years. The amendment agreed upon at the Feb. 13 meeting reads: No person with the city of Jamesport shall place any factory built home with a date of manufacture prior to 10 years before the date of placement in the city.
