Reminder: Please list permanent plated items on your assessment sheet, if they are not already listed. Permanent plated items are to be turned in on your assessment sheet, as are UTVs, RTVs and ATVs. If you move after turning in your assessment sheet please call our office and let us know your address so that your information can be updated in the system. If you have not received an assessment sheet please call our office. Assessment sheets are due back in our office by March 1.
Please read the instructions when filling out your assessment sheet. Do not rewrite any items if they are already printed on your sheet; you could be double assessed. Draw a line through any items printed that you do not own as of Jan. 1.
If you need to update the number of livestock, put the additional number on the back of the sheet in the appropriate area and that number will be added to the number printed on the front of the sheet. If you have grain listed and you need to change that amount, draw a line through the one on the front of the sheet and put the amount on the back of the sheet where grain is listed.
If you have any questions or need assistance with your assessment sheet, please do not hesitate to contact our office or stop by. We will be happy to help you.
