The FBLA District 1 Leadership Conference will be held Feb. 8 at Northwest Missouri State University. Students from 37 schools across northwest Missouri will be competing to earn their way to the State Leadership Conference this coming April.

The District FBLA preliminaries were held Jan. 31 at Osborn High School, and Gallatin FBLA advanced all groups to the final round of competition (top 5). Forty-nine Gallatin FBLA members have advanced to finals and will attend the Feb. 8 conference, competing in events ranging from Emerging Business Issues to Broadcast Journalism to Job Interview.
Essie Williamson and Madalyn Shubert will be running for district office to serve for the 2018-2019 school year.
