6:55 am – Report of semi down the embankment and on its side on I-35 at the 62mm. No injuries.
10:16 am – Report of stranded motorist on I-35 SB at 58mm.
5:13 pm – Daviess County deputies assisting Gallatin Police Department with arrest.
8:52 pm – Stephen Workman, 25, was arrested and transported to DDCRJ on a felony warrant out of Johnson County, Kan., for failure to register as a sex offender. Awaiting extradition.

11:30 am – K-9 Alan out with Daviess County deputies to DDCRJ.
6:41 pm – Report of domestic disturbance in Pattonsburg.
7:07 pm – David Stitt, 28, Pattonsburg, was arrested and transferred to DDCRJ from above incident. According to the probable cause statement, Stitt forcibly kicked open the door to the residence, causing injury to his wife’s forehead. He also forcibly removed his sister-in-law from the residence.
8:37 pm – Report of loud boom in Coffey area.

12:15 am – MSHP arrested Thomas Hunt, 52, Loves Park, Ill., and he was transferred to DDCRJ for misdemeanor DWI and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $1,000.
5:58 am – Report of cattle out on Highway 13 and Ridge Avenue south of Gallatin.
2:50 pm – Disturbance at Pattonsburg School over child custody.
3:02 pm – MSHP arrested Obia Clark, 21, Trenton, on a Cameron PD warrant for FTA on traffic violation. Clark posted a $150 cash bond at the sheriff’s office and was released.

5:23 am – Benjamin Hallford, 27, St. Joseph, was arrested for FTA on a prior misdemeanor warrant of operating a vehicle without a valid license. Bond was set at $500.
6:21 pm – Report of stranded motorist at I-35 NB at 60mm.
7:54 pm – Thomas Hunt, 52, Loves Park, Ill., arrested on DWI charges, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while not maintaining financial responsibility. $1,000 bond posted.

3:42 pm – Report of equipment stuck on railroad crossing between Highway 190 and Shady Road in Lock Springs. Union Pacific was advised. All materials were cleared from railroad crossing.
4:20 pm – Report of stranded motorist on MM Hwy. All okay.

10:17 am – City of Gallatin advised that the power on Olive Street will be temporarily shut off on Jan. 31.
3:02 pm – Daviess County deputies assisting MSHP with stolen car pursuit within Winston city limits. Subject was taken into custody.
7:46 pm – Joseph E. Ginn, 34, Pattonsburg, turned himself in on a felony warrant of four counts of failing to register as a sex offender. He was transported to DDCRJ; bond set at $15,000.
11:09 pm – Report of deer in left lane on I-35 NB at 58mm.
