Monday; meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, California blend, pears; Tuesday: oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes, vegetable blend, fruit cobbler; Wednesday: bbq ribs, four-bean salad, scalloped corn, garlic toast, peaches; Thursday: mushroom burger on bun w/tomatoes, Brussels sprouts, French fries, bread pudding; Friday: fish and cornbread, lima beans, coleslaw, oranges.
