County Commission

Letters were signed by commissioners regarding continuing counsel with Ivan Schraeder.

According to RSMo 50.630, the commissioners and budget officer Vicki Corwin agreed to revise 2017 budget line item, Car Repairs, from $2,000 to $5,200.

Sheriff Ben Becerra discussed employee issues and 2017 budget items.

Judy Bush discussed a tax issue with a real estate property, and the commissioners discussed the issue with Pam McNeel, treasurer.

Commissioners reviewed correspondences.

Commissioners viewed culverts in Union and Jamesport Townships.

Associate Division

Before Judge Daren Adkins on Jan. 5, Moses Miranda plead guilty to assault fourth degree, A misdemeanor, amended from felony assault, and was sentenced to 60 days jail and fined $25.

Civil Court

Suit on account: Midland Funding LLC vs. Stacey Lewis was dismissed by the parties.
