10:50 am – Charles Burnett, 33, McFall, turned himself in on a Daviess County warrant for stealing, class D felony. Burnett posted 10% of a $25,000 bond and was released.

9 am – Court in session.
10:20 am – Jennifer Smith, 34, Gallatin, was arrested on a probation violation warrant on original charges of forgery. Smith was taken to DDCRJ with no bond.
2:13 pm – MSHP advising of child abduction in Montana. Cell phone has been pinged in Cameron area and now east of Pattonsburg. Trooper and Sheriff’s Office en route to area for search.
2:58 pm – Harrison County advising ping is now in Eagleville.
3:36 pm – Information received ping is now in Iowa.
8:02 pm – Report of suspicious person walking in Lock Springs.
8:16 pm – Deputy has not located above person but will remain in area for awhile.
10:56 pm – Out with stranded motorist at Highway 6 and V.

5:09 pm – Subject reporting vehicle missing from residence.
5:22 pm – Above reported vehicle was repossessed. Tow company did not notify law enforcement prior to repossession.
5:51 pm – Assisting MSHP with traffic stop.
7:11 pm – Call in reference to child custody issues.
7:18 pm – Clay County advising they have Robert Wyatt, 32, Kansas City, for probation violation on original charges of misdemeanor peace disturbance. Wyatt was taken to DDCRJ on $500 bond.
7:58 pm – Cattle out on Highway K near Highway P.

12:55 am – St. Joseph PD advising that Shane White, 32, is ready for pickup on a Daviess County warrant for violating conditions of release on original charge of property damage. White was transferred to DDCRJ on $5,000 cash bond.
8:18 am – Cattle out on 165th east of Altamont.
9 am – Court in session.
11 am – Funeral escort.
12:26 pm – Report of loose horse at Unity Avenue and 265th Street.
6:57 pm – Responding to Jameson in reference to dispute over dogs.

12:20 pm – MSHP arrested Daniel Martinez, 31, Kansas City, for no valid driver’s license, misdemeanor. Martinez was transported to DDCRJ where he posted a $500 cash bond and was released.
10:56 pm – Call in reference to property dispute. Civil issue.

5:08 am – Responding to residential alarm on Highway FF south of Gallatin.
5:29 am – Security alarm at residence at Lake Viking. Advised Lake Viking Security since deputy is en route to residence south of Gallatin.
5:48 am – All OK at residence on Highway FF. Headed to Lake Viking.
6:12 am – All OK at residence at Lake Viking.
11:35 am – Assisting with medical call in Pattonsburg.
3:41 pm – Assisting stranded motorcyclist on I-35 at the 68 exit.
6:26 pm – Domestic dispute over dog and buggy incident in Jamesport.

11:20 am – Report of heavy traffic at 54mm on I-35.
2:05 pm – Heavy traffic on I-35.
2:13 pm – Traffic backed up at Highway 69 and Highway 6.
3:03 pm – Assisting with traffic control on ramp to I-35 at the 61mm.
