3:25 am – Car vs. horse on Highway F east of Jamesport. Horse was killed and car had to be towed. There were no injuries.
9 am – Court in session, jury trial.
9:10 am – Dustin Teel, 31, Gallatin, was served with a probation violation warrant on original charges of misdemeanor assault and property damage. Teel is in custody at DDCRJ. Bond is set at $5,000.
5:49 pm – Caller advising of individual walking northbound on I-35 near the 61mm.
9:56 pm – Trenton PD advising of rolling domestic situation travelling on Highway 6 in Jamesport.
10:11 pm – Out with above subjects.
11:11 pm – Complaint in reference to C&I driver on Highway 69 from the 61 exit off of I-35.

9:23 am – Caller advising of IRS scam.
10:32 am – Harrison County advising they have dropped off an individual who is walking to Cameron at the gas station in Pattonsburg.
7:28 pm – Out with stranded motorist on Highway 6 in Altamont. Wrecker needed.

7:59 am – Call in reference to property dispute.
9 am – Court in session, jury trial.
9:10 am – Jackie Eberhart, 44, Cameron, turned herself in at the Sheriff’s Office (SO) on a Daviess County warrant for FTA, no valid license, misdemeanor. Eberhart posted a $500 cash bond and was released.
7:15 pm – Trenton PD advising of possible stolen vehicle in Jamesport area.
9:11 pm – Responding to complaint referencing trespassing, harassment and property damage in Pattonsburg.
9:55 pm – With second party referenced in above incident.

7:45 am – Panic alarm from TrexMart in Winston. All okay upon arrival.
2:05 pm – Alarm company notification of alarm sounding on Vista Avenue. All okay upon arrival.
3:15 pm – Caller advising of IRS phone scam.
4:25 pm – Caller advising of Publishers Clearing House scam.
9:28 pm – Verbal altercation that occurred earlier in Altamont.
10:37 pm – Loose horse at the old school in Lock Springs.
10:41 pm – Subject wanting to make report regarding incident earlier in Altamont.

12:32 am – Report of possible runaway juvenile from Pattonsburg who may be going to a Livingston County party.
3:01 am – Subject was not at party. Entered missing person in NCIC computer. Advised Harrison and Ray counties of possible location.
8:21 am – Two-car accident on I-35 at the 61mm. No injuries.
1:26 pm – Call regarding child custody issues.
1:37 pm – Notification by Ray County that juvenile from above has been located.
3:20 pm – Complaint regarding ATVs in Altamont.
3:42 pm – Report of young boy riding a bicycle on Highway P east of Jameson.
4:03 pm – Deputy located boy above and brought to SO. Boy was returned to guardian.
6:10 pm – Boy from above has left residence again and cannot be found.
6:12 pm – Trenton PD in reference to stolen vehicle that is possibly in Jamesport.
6:38 pm – Deputy has found boy from above and is transporting to Cameron.
10:42 pm – With subject on I-35 that ran out of gas.
11:13 pm – Intoxicated subject requesting ride from deputy. Deputy unable to assist.
11:23 pm – Caller advising of person recently released from jail requesting a ride to Gallatin.
11:44 pm – Deputy transporting above subject to Gallatin.
11:50 pm – Subject inquiring about sheriff’s car turning around in his driveway.
11:55 pm – MSHP arrested Frederick Veal, 52, Ames, IA, for misdemeanor DWI, resisting arrest and other traffic offenses. Veal was transported to DDCRJ and is being held on $5,000 cash bond.

12:48 am – Received call requesting deputy transport intoxicated family member. Deputy is unable to assist.
1:09 pm – Two-car accident on I-35 at the 63mm. No injuries.
3:36 pm – Assisting with medical call in Winston.
4:10 pm – Caller advising of possible abuse of horse.
4:28 pm – On above call.

11:04 am – Scam alert: Someone posing as a lawyer contacted subject claiming to represent jailed grandson and demanding money.
11:36 am – Subject advising of individual who has not been seen for a couple of months. Individual has not been reported missing to law enforcement.
2:28 pm – Responding to residential burglary alarm north of Pattonsburg. All okay upon arrival.
7:41 pm – Report of stock trailer on fire on Highway HH south of Gallatin.
11:49 pm – Residential burglary alarm south of Gallatin on Vista. Homeowner advised no need to respond. All okay.
