Monday: lemon pepper fish, winter mix vegetables, rice pilaf, carrots, fruit salad; Tuesday: ham salad sandwich, marinated cucumbers and onions, stewed tomatoes, spice apples; Wednesday: chicken, baked beans, slice bread, potato salad, peach cobbler; Thursday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetable blend, hot roll, strawberries and bananas; Friday: chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato, carrot and raising salad, pineapple tidbits.
