4:36 am – Howell County, Kan., advising that they have James W. Lewis, 58, Wichita, Kan., in custody on a Daviess County warrant with charges of no valid license. Bond of $1,000 was posted and he was released.
9 am – Court in session.
9:20 am – Daviess County Sheriff’s Office arrested David M. Price, 38, on a probation and parole warrant. Price was transported to DDCRJ. Price does not have local charges and will be transported to the DOC.
11:44 am – Removing debris from I-35 at the 63mm.
1:50 pm – SCAM ALERT!!! The Sheriff’s Office received a call from Green Hills Communication advising that there are scammers in the area. They are going door to door claiming that they are with Green Hills Communication and that they are doing upgrades to television/internet service. They will ask for private information and payment information. Green Hills stated that their representatives never ask for such information. More information about the scam can be found on their Facebook page, “Green Hills Communication.” Green Hills advised that their employees are in uniform and will have proper identification.
6:50 pm – Gentry County requesting assistance with transport.

11:30 am – Cynthia Lee, 47, Bethany, was arrested and transferred to DDCRJ on a bond revocation warrant on original charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor charges on possession of marijuana, DWI, and no valid driver’s license. Bond is set at $100,000 cash.
12:12 pm – Assisting with medical call in Gallatin.
2:10 pm – MSHP arrested Donald Roche, 54, Blue Island, Ill., for excessive speed and no valid license. Roche was transported to DDCRJ on $1,000 bond.
8:02 pm – Assisting with medical call in Pattonsburg.

9:15 am – Transporting subject for 96-hour evaluation.
11 am – Funeral escort.
3:16 pm – Assisting with medical call in Jameson.
5:16 pm – Missouri Department Of Corrections advising that Moses Miranda, 49, Chillicothe, was being released into our custody on a Daviess County warrant with charges of probation violation on original charges of five counts of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, A misdemeanor. Bond is set at $15,000 cash.
6:20 pm – Report of C&I driver causing damage to windshield of car north of Jamesport.
9:55 pm – Male subject walking, possibly carrying rifle.
9:55 pm – Car vs. semi on Highway 6 west of Jamesport. No injuries.
10:20 pm – Male subject taken into custody on a 96-hour evaluation. Subject was transported to Mosaic Life Care.

12:40 pm – Union County, Iowa, advising that they have Noah Edge, 33, Creston, Iowa, in custody on a Daviess County warrant with charges of operating vehicle without a valid license, D felony, and passenger failure to wear seat belt, infraction. Edge is being extradited to the DDCRJ. Bond is set at $15,000.
7:40 am – Report of tree down on Highway O.
2:42 pm – Walk-in to Sheriff’s Office to report domestic situation.
6:15 pm – Responding to domestic disturbance in Coffey.
9:24 pm – Subject regarding issues with restraining order.
9:25 pm – Call regarding child custody problems.
10:31 pm – Responding to report of suspicious activity around the Winston School.
11:33 pm – All okay at school. Nothing found in building.

12:30 pm – Report of elderly person walking with bicycle on Highway 13 south of Gallatin. Found subject and all okay.
12:57 pm – Report of truck stolen from residence in Jamesport. Truck described as 2007 black Chevy Silverado with lift kit and large number “22” in back window.
2 pm – Report of possible suicidal subject heading to Pattonsburg.
2:35 pm – Out with above subject at Highway 69 and Ivory. All okay.
4:31 pm – Assisting MSHP with traffic stop on I-35 at the 70.2mm.

11:32 am – Call regarding child custody issues.
1:36 pm – Request for well-being check on subject outside of Gallatin.
2:16 pm – At residence near Pattonsburg regarding possible active warrant.
2:45 pm – Complaint of harassment.
3 pm – Assisting MSHP with traffic stop west of Gallatin on Highway 6.
3:14 pm – MSHP arrested Jonathan Rodgers, 27, Raytown, for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Rodgers was arrested during a traffic stop on Missouri 6 at Highway 13 South in Gallatin. A search of his truck revealed approximately 70 grams of marijuana. Rodgers was transferred to DDCRJ. A Daviess County warrant was issued with charges of possession of controlled substance, D felony, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, A misdemeanor, speeding, C misdemeanor, and passenger failure to wear safety belt, infraction. Bond is set at $25,000.

8:44 am – Report of horse and buggy running on 304th Street toward Highway 6. Found horse and all is taken care of.
9 am – Court in session.
1:04 pm – Report of vehicle swerving and C&I driving on Highway 13 southbound from Jameson. Deputies unable to locate.
4:47 pm – Out on report of property damage at AT&T cell tower located south of Jamesport.
4:15 pm – Sheriff’s Office en route to Jamesport to take report of stolen items from a jobsite.
5:18 pm – Assisting Gallatin PD with arrest warrant from Dekalb County on Gallatin resident.
6:40 pm – Report of possible problem with dispute over vehicle located in Gallatin.
