8:04 am – Car stolen from Pattonsburg on 5-15-17 found abandoned this morning near Clarksdale.
9 am – Court in session.
10:39 am – Assisting Gallatin PD and Cameron PD at residence in Gallatin.
1:34 pm – Carol Anthony, 40, Gallatin, was taken into custody on a warrant issued by Lathrop PD for failure to pay fine and costs. Bond is set at $250. Anthony was transferred to DDCRJ awaiting pick up by Lathrop. Anthony was also issued a summons by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
3:59 pm – Two-car accident on Highway 6 west of Gallatin at 210th Street with injuries.
5:12 pm – Deputy to Cameron PD reference stolen car from Pattonsburg. Suspect in custody for numerous jurisdictions. Daviess County charges to follow.
5:54 pm – Report of trash dumping on property southwest of Winston.
6:06 pm – Abandoned vehicle at Wall Street Station in Altamont.
11:09 pm – To residence referencing out of control 13-year-old.

2:45 am – Nicholas Roberts, 23, Gallatin, was arrested and transferred to DDCRJ for charges of excessive speed, by 26 mph or more. Roberts posted bond of $350 and was released.
11:55 am – Daviess County charges were filed on Kelly Turner, 30, Gallatin, for misdemeanor tampering with physical evidence and two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Turner was arrested by Gallatin Police and transported to DDCRJ on 5-16-17. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.
12:02 pm – Responding to Jamesport reference child in car left at park. All okay upon arrival, parent was in car.
2:20 pm – Funeral escort.
3 pm – Deputies out at residence in Gallatin.
5:19 pm – Daviess County Sheriff’s Office arrested Steven Kent Kinnard, 21, Gallatin, for possession of controlled substance, felony D. According to the probable cause statement, he was found to have heroin in his possession. Bond is set at $35,000.

4:35 am – Car vs. deer on I-35 at the 64mm. No injuries. Damage to vehicle.
1:30 pm – Court in session.
4 pm – Colton Brock, 18, and Tyler Brock, 20, both from Gallatin, were arrested and transported to DDCRJ on violation of bond charges. The original charge for Tyler was misdemeanor tampering with a motor vehicle with $5,000 cash bond and Colton’s original charge was felony stealing with $10,000 cash bond.
7:05 pm – Report of careless and imprudent driver on Highway 6 east of Gallatin.
8:15 pm – Jason Livick, 34, Gallatin, was arrested by Daviess County for class D felony abuse of a child. State charges were filed from a probable cause statement issued by the Gallatin Police Department. According to the statement, Livick’s juvenile daughter had red marks and bruises on her torso and back where Livick had struck her with his hand and a belt.
10:26 pm – Suspicious vehicle parked on 110th Street, north of Highway BB.

11:01 am – One-car accident on Highway 13 north of Highway 6.
4:27 pm – Fire at shop in old Pattonsburg.
5-20-17
1:14 am – Motorist ran out of gas on Highway 6 west of Altamont.
9:16 am – Subject reporting stolen turkey blind from property located near Daviess/Caldwell line.
4:47 pm – DFS requesting assistance.
5:20 pm – MSHP arrested David Deming, 26, Ridgeway, for felony possession of controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor driving without valid driver’s license. According to the probable cause statement, Deming was stopped on I-35 for an improperly displayed registration, and a computer check revealed his license was suspended. He also had two active warrants from Cameron. Drugs were discovered during an inventory of the vehicle prior to towing. Deming was transported to DDCRJ where he later posted 10% of a $25,000 bond and was released.
10:17 pm – Stranded motorist on the ramp of I-35 at the 72mm.

9:42 am – Subject reporting identity theft.
11:47 pm – Subject reporting theft that occurred sometime around the end of 2016. Subject was advised to come to sheriff’s office to fill out report during business hours.

2:10 am – Report of possible gunfire near Jameson.
8:31 am – Call regarding personal property left in house in Jamesport. Locks have been changed by owner.
1:29 pm – In route to assist MSHP with pursuit northbound on I-35 but subject turned on Highway 116 eastbound into Caldwell County and was apprehended at 1:44.
1:52 pm – Report of abandoned vehicle at the intersection of Highways 6 and 190 in Jamesport.
2:50 pm – Two-car accident on Highway B and Highway K.
4:21 pm – Complaint regarding logging trucks on Highway M travelling at a high rate of speed.
5:58 pm – Complaint regarding IRS scam.
10:35 pm – MSHP requesting assistance with traffic stop west of Gallatin.
10:43 pm – MSHP arrested Devona Bailey, 46, Gallatin, for DWI. Bailey was transported to DDCRJ and issued summons. She will be held for 12-hour detoxification.
11:45 pm – Report of vehicle stuck on side of Highway 13 one mile north of Jameson.
