9 am – Additional charges of four counts of class C felony tampering with a witness were filed against Jarrod Boehm, 37, Gallatin. Boehm is currently incarcerated at DDCRJ on previous charges. The previous bond amount is $85,000. Bond is set at $35,000 on the new charges.
12:03 pm – MSHP requesting assistance with traffic stop on I-35 at the 64mm.
1:29 pm – Jonathan Petzold, 33, Brownsdale, Minn., was arrested from above stop for driving while suspended, possession of synthetic cannabinoid and paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. Petzold was transferred to DDCRJ where he later posted a cash bond in the amount of $1,250 and was released.
3:06 pm – All deputies assisting fire departments with house fire on Highway V near Prairie Avenue. No one was injured in the fire.
5:09 pm – Report of suspicious vehicle parked in driveway of residence near Coffey.
7:40 pm – Subject taken into custody and placed on 24-hour investigative hold for possible filing of charges.
8:21 pm – Cows out on 310th Street, south of Highway P.

2:51 am – Report of cows out on Highway J north of Kidder.
11 am – Charges were filed on Donald Shields, 43, Gallatin, for class E felony failure to register as a sex offender. Shields was in custody for a DeKalb County warrant on same charge. Daviess County bond is set at $25,000 cash.
12:40 pm – Assisting DFS.
1:58 pm – Rolla Sweiger, 32, Pattonsburg, was arrested by Cameron PD on two Daviess County warrants on probation violations, one for felony forgery and one for felony DWI and other traffic violations. Sweiger was transferred to DDCRJ with bond denied.
2 pm – Funeral escort.
3 pm – Danielle Turner, 35, Maysville, was picked up by DDCRJ in Christian County, Mo., where she was arrested on two Daviess County warrants for FTA on original charges of misdemeanor passing bad checks and peace disturbance. Bond is set at $500 cash only.
4:28 pm – Report of motorcycle travelling at excessive speed heading westbound on Highway 6 from Jamesport.
4:41 pm – Out with above on traffic stop.
6:34 pm – At residence in Jamesport reference items missing from property.

10:01 pm – David Garrett, 48, Kansas City, was arrested by Jackson County on Daviess County warrant for FTA on no valid license and other traffic offenses. Garrett was transferred to DDCRJ on $1,000 bond.
5:27 pm – At residence in Jamesport regarding out-of-control child.
10:25 pm – Out with MSHP on traffic stop on I-35 at the 64mm.

8:45 am – Report of theft of ATV from property north of Hamilton. The ATV was taken from a machine shed located on Vista Avenue.
7:41 pm – Complaint regarding dogs barking excessively in Coffey.

1:39 am – Cow out on Highway 13 south of Gallatin.
5:20 am – Cattle out on Highway 6 near CC/DD junction.
9 am – Court in session.
9:20 am – Out with subject regarding break-in to old farmhouse east of Coffey. No one resides at residence and owner is not certain what is missing.
3:47 pm – To Pattonsburg on report of car stolen from driveway of residence.
7:36 pm – Hamilton PD in pursuit of vehicle northbound on Highway J north of Kidder; lost vehicle in Daviess County.
7:51 pm – All deputies in area and have not located above.
8:37 pm – Three-car accident on Highway 190 north of the Livingston Co line.
10:10 pm – Gallatin PD advising they have Katelyn Mendoza on Daviess County warrant for stealing, class D felony. Mendoza was transferred to DDCRJ on $25,000 bond. Charges were filed in March of this year by the Gallatin PD regarding the theft of a motor vehicle.
