2:55 pm – Charges were filed on Miles Knapp, 24, Trenton, for misdemeanor resisting arrest by fleeing. Knapp was taken into custody on 5-1-17 and taken to DDCRJ on a 24-hour investigative hold. Bond is set at $5,000.
2:10 pm – Caller advising of accident at Daviess/Harrison county line.
6:33 pm – Sheriff’s Deputy in Winston on follow-up investigation.

1:30 pm – Sheriff’s Office at Winston Truck Stop for belligerent subject.
2:07 pm – One male subject in custody from above call and transferred to DDCRJ on a 12-hour detoxification. Subject was released afterwards with no charges.
2:44 pm – Out with stranded motorist on Highway 69 north of Cameron.
10:05 pm – Responding to subject reporting that door to residence had been kicked in but nothing seems to be missing north of Winston.

1:24 am – Car off roadway on Highway 69 north of Cameron with minor injuries.
9:22 am – Out at residence reference 911 hang up call. No emergency.
12:12 pm – Assisting Caldwell County, Hamilton PD and MSHP with search of vehicle that ran from Caldwell County officer.
4 pm – Complaint of huge group of motorcycles travelling at a high rate of speed going north on Highway 13 from Hamilton.
4:11 pm – Deputy and MSHP behind above motorcycles. All is OK.
5:13 pm – Call regarding missing animals.

6:23 am – Car vs. deer on I-35 at the 74mm. Car is not drivable. No injuries.
7:05 am – Burglary alarm at business north of Gallatin. Cancelled 3 minutes later.
3:15 pm – Complaint regarding theft from property at Lake Viking.
4:19 pm – Complaint regarding inmates at the jail.
4:31 pm – Out at residence in Altamont.
