Dolores Rea Gordon, 84, Cameron, passed away on March 11, 2017, at the Cameron Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was born July 7, 1932, to Ivan and Wilma Frost in Coffey, Missouri. Dolores was a 1950 graduate of Jameson High School.

On February 11, 1951, she married Bennie Gordon.

Dolores was a stay at home mom and later worked as a part time sales clerk at local downtown business and bookkeeper for Gordon Trucking Company.

For many years she was in charge of planning and serving dinners at the Cameron First Baptist Church, where she was an active member until her death.

She loved spending time with her many lady friends at Burger King each morning for coffee. She will be greatly missed by all.

Dolores was preceded by her husband of 65 years, Bennie Gordon; her parents and brothers, Eugene and Vernon Frost.

Survivors: Sons, Larry (Marlene) Gordon, Weatherby, Mo., and Jim (Jan) Gordon, Cameron, Mo; daughters, Carolyn (Kermit) Kirklin, Bolivar, Mo., and Cheryl Tyner, Paragould, Ark; 10 grandchildren, Jessie Carter, Crystal Carter, Misty (Mike) Love, Carly Gordon, Jaci Chadwick, Jami Gordon, Emily Kirklin, Timothy (Danielle) Kirklin,  Kately Tyner and Kassie Tyner; 10 great-grandchildren, Jagger Carter, Felicia King Justyn Carter, Jakob Carter, Harley Roe, Molly Roe, Justin Chadwick, Jorgia Chadwick, Bryant Gordon and Emma Kirklin; and brother, Norman (Donna) Frost, Stover.

Services: 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at the Cameron First Baptist Church. Visitation: 6-8:00 p.m., Tuesday evening at Poland Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron, Mo. Burial: Cameron Memory Gardens, Cameron, Mo.
