Bethany man arrested for theft of Ranger
A Bethany man was arrested by Deputy Larry Adams on Feb. 14 for the theft of a 1999 Polaris Ranger from a shed on Ridge Avenue in Weatherby.
According to the probable cause statement, Kameron McFall, 24, entered the shed around 5 a.m., took the Ranger without consent, and drove it to a residence on 112th Street, Weatherby.
Deputy Adams observed McFall driving the Ranger at approximately 7:30 a.m. and made a traffic stop. He placed McFall under arrest for burglary, tampering and driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the sheriff’s office for processing.
A query on McFall’s driver status showed that his license was suspended. He has been charged with class D felony burglary, class D felony tampering with a motor vehicle, misdemeanor no valid driver’s license and misdemeanor DWI. Bond is set at $25,000.

3:40 pm – Warrant was issued for Kameron McFall, 24, Bethany, for class D felony burglary, class D felony tampering with a motor vehicle, misdemeanor no valid driver’s license and misdemeanor DWI. McFall was arrested earlier and transported to DDCRJ. Bond is set at $25,000.

4:09 am – St. Joseph PD advising that they have Nacole Delane Jones, 33, Albany, in custody. Jones was transported to DDCRJ where a warrant was served with charges of tampering with motor vehicle, C felony, and receiving stolen property, C felony. Bond is set at $35,000 cash.
9 am – Court in session.
1:46 pm – Dead cow left in ditch on Reel Avenue and 190th Street on 2/13/17 has been removed and properly disposed of.
2:15 pm – MSHP arrested David Payne, 43, Lamar, Colo., for two counts of felony possession of controlled substance and one misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. During a traffic stop on I-35 for following too close and failure to signal, Trooper K. Cool discovered hydrocodone, a Schedule II controlled substance, methamphetamine, and paraphernalia in Payne’s car, according to the probable cause report. Payne was transferred to DDCRJ with $25,000 cash bond.
2:55 pm – Dennis Swearingin, 36, Pattonsburg, was taken into custody on two Harrison County warrants for FTA on possession of marijuana and traffic offenses. Total bond amount is $15,500. Swearingin was transferred to DDCRJ awaiting pick up by Harrison County.

4:55 pm – Above juveniles have been located.

6 pm – MSHP arrested Cody Gilreath, 39, Cameron, on an outstanding warrant from Daviess County for FTA for driving while revoked and other traffic offenses. Gilreath posted a $500 bond at the Sheriff’s Office (SO) and was released.
6:19 pm – Request for well-being check on subject residing in Pattonsburg.
7:35 pm – Report of suspicious vehicles near the Grand River Bridge on Highway 6 in Gallatin. All OK upon arrival.

8:59 pm – Cameron PD advising that Larry Brown, 54, Cameron, is in custody on a Daviess County warrant with charges of receiving stolen property, C felony. Bond is $5,000 with 10% deposit allowed. Brown was transported to the DDCRJ where bond was posted and he was released.
