Aaron Burrell, 35, Gallatin, received minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident that happened at about 11:50 a.m. on Feb. 5, in Daviess County.

According to the highway patrol, Mr. Burrell was westbound on Hwy. 6, driving a 2006 Chevrolet Avalanche. He drove off the north side of the roadway and overcorrected, going into the eastbound lane. He overcorrected again, causing the vehicle to rotate. His vehicle traveled off of the north side of the roadway, striking a ditch and overturning and coming to rest on its wheels, facing northeast in a field.

Mr. Burrell was taken by private vehicle to Wright Memorial Hospital. He was wearing his seat belt.

The Chevrolet had extensive damage.
