The Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault Program, known as Green Hills Women’s Shelters, includes two shelter facilities, one located in Trenton (Grundy County) opened in November of 1996; and one located in Cameron, Missouri (Clinton-DeKalb County) opened in December of 2009.
The two shelter facilities operate 24 hours per day, year-round, with the objective to provide safe shelter, crisis intervention, court-related advocacy, case management, counseling and other comprehensive services to domestic violence/sexual assault victims.
If you are in an abusive situation call the toll free hotline for the Cameron Shelter at 816-632-4900 or the Trenton Shelter at 660-359-3297.
Staff at the shelters will help you to process what is happening and what you want to do next.
