12:15 pm – Grundy County advising they have David Cooley, 48, Trenton, on Daviess County warrant for class C felony passing bad checks. Cooley was transferred to DDCRJ on $5,000 bond.

9:50 pm – Caller advising of harassing phone calls.

7:16 pm – Verbal domestic situation in Coffey. Subject causing problems has left.

7:26 pm – To Pattonsburg regarding dog bite.

9:27 pm – At residence in Coffey regarding earlier situation.

8:32 am – To Winston regarding suspicious vehicle.

12:13 pm – Report of person entering house in Jamesport through a window. Possible burglary.

12:38 pm – Subject from above is a relative of resident and did not have a key so he went through the window.  All OK.

2:14 pm – Call regarding landlord/tenant issues.

2:28 pm – Call from 2nd party regarding above.

3:42 pm – Call regarding personal property dispute with family at residence in Pattonsburg.

3:39 pm – Complaint regarding personal property of deceased family member.

5:36 pm – Call regarding subject of Ex Parte Order of Protection.

9:45 am – Call regarding property damage.

12:09 pm – Complaint regarding lottery scam. Caller harassing elderly to send check in order to get a new car and their lottery winnings.

12:25 pm – Caller upset about son not getting proper treatment while in custody.

3:01 pm – Caller reporting that he has lost a bull in the area of Zane Avenue and 210th Street. If seen, please call the sheriff’s office for information.

5:26 pm – Verbal disagreement in Coffey.

5:34 pm – MSHP arrested John Olds, 20, Crandon, Wis., for misdemeanor possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Olds was transferred to DDCRJ where he was later served with a criminal summons and released.

7:58 pm – Call reference above disagreement in Coffey.

8:38 pm – Received report of structure fire east of Highway 6 and Highway NN.  Fire was controlled burn not reported to fire district.

1-1-17

2:32 am – Report of domestic disturbance in Jamesport. Does not have address. Deputy in area and has not found anything.

2:59 am – Car vs. horse on Highway 190 north of Jamesport. No injuries to subject driving truck. Horse destroyed due to severe injuries.

12:20 pm – Subject wanting well-being check on family member residing in Jamesport.

2:05 pm – MSHP arrested Sidney Hansen, 25, Waterloo, Iowa, for misdemeanor no valid driver’s license. Hansen was transferred to DDCRJ where he posted a $500 cash bond and was released.

7:28 pm – Stranded motorist on I-35 at the 64mm.

8:37 pm – Stranded motorist on I-35 at the 80mm.
