Jail meets Dec. 22 to discuss 2017 budget

The Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail Board will hold a meeting at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 22, in the training trailer at Pattonsburg..
The board will review and approve the proposed 2017 budget, and go over the financial audit, training, freezer/refrigerator bids, health insurance bids, shop with a cop, and jail signs along the highway.
New business will cover the rotation of board officers for 2017.
The tentative agenda also includes a closed meeting.
