12:30 pm – Report of flat bed truck missing from farm located at 32765 151st Street, Kidder. Truck was later found. No charges filed at this time.
3:30 pm – MSHP arrested Brandon Sams, 25, Kansas City, for misdemeanor possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Sams was transferred to DDCRJ where he later posted a $750 bond and was released.

7 am – Sheriff and deputy out of state for prisoner extradition. Benjamin Milazzo, 39, will be transferred to DDCRJ on Daviess County warrant for bond violation on original charge of felony no valid license. Bond is set at $10,000 cash only.
9 am – Court in session.
9:39 am – Responding to residential alarm southwest of Winston. Nothing found and nothing had been disturbed.
4:40 pm – Call regarding possible neglect of dog in Jamesport.
7:54 pm – Complaint regarding harassing phone calls.
10:56 pm – Prank 911 call.
11:02 pm – Caldwell County reporting 911 prank call coming from Daviess County.
11:12 pm – Two-car accident on I-35 at the 56mm. Unknown injuries.

11:34 am – Caldwell County advising they have James Templeton, 37, Jamesport, in custody on Daviess County charges of class C felony abuse of a child and two counts of felony statutory sodomy. Charges were filed in July of 2015. Templeton will be transferred to DDCRJ on $85,000 cash bond.
11:59 am – Brownsville, Texas, Police Department advising they have Anthony Davis, 32, address unknown, in custody on two Daviess County warrants. One is a FTA warrant for non-support of child, class D felony, with $8,000 cash bond. The other is for class D felony parental kidnapping with a $15,000 cash bond. Davis will be in the Cameron County, Texas, Detention Facility until a waiver of extradition hearing is scheduled.
3:29 pm – Subject requesting well-being check for individual in Altamont.
6:39 pm – Daviess County SO assisted by the MSHP arrested Alex and Brooklyn Sheldon, Gallatin, on Daviess County warrants. Brooklyn, 28, was charged with class C felony endangering welfare of a child by creating a substantial risk by not seeking medical care for the child. Her bond is set at $25,000. Alex, 30, was charged with class B felony abuse of a child by causing physical injury. Bond is set at $85,000. Both were transferred to DDCRJ.

11:49 am – Out with abandoned vehicle south of Gallatin.
12:54 pm – Rollover accident on I-35 at the 60mm. Unknown injuries. Inclement weather has moved in.
1:02 pm – Cars are having extreme difficulty on Highway 13 in Gallatin at the Highway 6 intersection. It is closed until MoDOT can treat the intersection.
1:04 pm – Two-car accident on I-35 at the 62mm. Unknown injuries.
1:13 pm – Slide off and over the embankment on I-35 at the 72mm. No one was injured.
1:21 pm – Semi stalled on Highway 6 west of the Altamont junction.
1:22 pm – Slide off on I-35 at the 80mm.
1:33 pm – Slide off at the 71mm on I-35 involving 4 semis.
1:37 pm – Semi facing westbound in the eastbound lanes of Highway 6 west of the Altamont junction.
2:44 pm – Traffic on I-35 at the 63mm has slowed to 15 to 20 mph.
3:07 pm – Semi rear ended another semi on I-35 at the 80mm.
3:56 pm – Caller complaining about kids climbing on her fence.
3:57 pm – Slide off on I-35 at the 59mm.
4:05 pm – Homeless female at Winston Truck Stop wanting ride to shelter.
4:06 pm – Report of suspicious car that pulled into residence in Jamesport then left.
4:11 pm – Slide off at the 58 mm on I-35.
4:40 pm – Car stranded at bottom of hill on Highway J just north of Kidder.
5:22 pm – Now 4 cars on Highway J.
5:34 pm – Semi jack knifed at the 57mm.
5:56 pm – Slide off Highway K and Major Avenue.
Slide off calls continuing into the evening hours. Numerous deputies, KAW, and Highway Patrol out responding to calls.
6:31 pm – Subject advising of large bale of hay on Highway K.
8:17 pm – Rollover accident on I-35 at the 82mm with injuries. I-35 closed to southbound traffic.
9:58 pm – I-35 now open.

9:30 am – Deputies out in Cameron for Shop with a Cop program.
11:10 am – Out at residence regarding subject’s wallet left at gas station in St. Joe.

1:01 pm – Car on fire on I-35 at the 73mm.
5:25 pm – Residential burglary alarm at residence south of Winston. Nothing found.

6:10 am – Complaint regarding cars backed up on Highway V. Semi is blocking driveway of Landmark.
11:57 am – Vehicle through a fence on Highway T and 110th Street. No injuries.
