Road and bridge crews will be placing a tube on Pepper Avenue by the City of Gallatin’s sewer plant.

Betty Harmison, assessor, discussed a tax issue with AT&T and the State Tax Commission. The same tax issue also exists with Mercer, Harrison and Caldwell Counties. Ms. Harmison asked about splitting the costs for an attorney to represent them at the State Tax Commission with all four counties.
Commissioner Sims left at 9:25 a.m. to attend Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail meeting, and returned at 1 p.m.
Commissioners completed Request for Reference for LPA On-Call Services for Howe & Company, LLC.
Carl Carder moved to table the decision for wiring until next meeting. David Cox seconded; motion carried.
Commissioners reviewed a road in Benton and a tube placement in Liberty Township.
