County Commission
James Lewis, road and bridge supervisor, reported that the crews will be placing a corrugated metal pipe on Drake Avenue in Salem Township.
Ron Urton, Howe and Company, discussed BRO bridges under construction in Daviess County and the new position he has accepted at the City of Trenton.
Jerome Houghton discussed Otter Avenue and the maintenance of the road. Commissioners will review the road and will discuss with Liberty Township Board.
Commissioners signed the agreement with Children’s Mercy Hospital for 2017.
Commissioners reviewed roads, brush and bridges in Lincoln and Washington Townships.

Defendants found guilty in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of Daviess County are listed below with the offense and fine assessed. Additionally, court costs collected for the State of Missouri amount to $68.50 for moving traffic violations and $116.50 in most criminal cases. Judge Daren L. In Danny and Deborah Daniel, Pattonsburg, vs. Mediacom LLC and State of Missouri ex rel Missouri Highways and Transportation, a change of venue from Carroll County, a petition for damages and declaratory relief was dismissed by the court with prejudice.
