There’s nothing like high school football on a crisp October night in small town, America. Last Friday proved to be no exception despite the upset of Gallatin’s Bulldogs by the visiting Putnam County Midgets. Although the loss was to a team Gallatin defeated by 23 points just two weeks ago and ended a 5-game winning streak, the Bulldogs finished the 2016 campaign with a solid 6-4 record that few expected them to achieve. This bird’s eye view of Gallatin’s athletic field is shared by Brad Simmons, taken from a drone Friday night while he actually was at the golf course.
