4:05 pm – Advised of possible domestic situation.

4:51 pm – Report of burglary to residence in Coffey. Subjects took prescription meds. Nothing else reported missing.

6:39 pm – Report of property damage to the Jamesport Park.

6:46 pm – Wright Memorial Hospital reporting dog bite victim from Jamesport at their facility.

6:58 pm – In Jamesport regarding above reports.

10:20 am – Out with report of property dispute on Highway UU northeast of Jameson.

10:57 am – Dog complaint from Jamesport.

2 pm – Out at residence in Gallatin on warrant arrest. Howard Philip Andrus, 37, Gallatin, was transferred to DDCRJ on Daviess County charges of class C felony possession of controlled substance and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $35,000. The arrest is a result of a search of the residence that occurred in September.

9:45 pm – Removing abandoned vehicle on Kite Avenue east of Jamesport.

8 am – Report of suspicious vehicle parked earlier in driveway of empty farmhouse east of Weatherby off of Highway 6.  Vehicle has left and unsure of direction of travel.

1:58 pm – Out in Altamont reference kids throwing rocks at cars.

3:03 pm – Suspicious person vicinity of Titan Avenue and Highway HH.

1:20 am – Truck on shoulder of I-35 near 80mm with hazard lights on.

9:20 am – Vehicle into ditch southbound I-35 at the 59mm.

9:52 am – Out with subject whose windshield was broken out by passing truck.

10:20 am – Caller advising buggies on M Highway causing traffic hazards.

8:33 pm – Vehicle swerved to miss deer and hit electrical pole west of Coffey on Highway B.

10:17 pm – Call reference man walking on Highway 69 north of Cameron.

11:02 pm – Complaint of possible stalking.

12:35 am – Caller advising that teenagers had left home without permission.  Unknown whereabouts.

2:32 pm – Sheriff’s Office has been out in area and not located teens from above.

5:52 am – Caller advising that teens are now home.

1:20 pm – Out with stranded motorist on I-35 at the 64 exit.

6:22 pm – Cows out at P and K Highways.

6:41 pm – Problem with neighbors in Jamesport.

9:31 pm – Report of injured on Highway 190 near Jamesport.

1:07 am – MSHP advising they are in pursuit of vehicle NB I-35 from the Clay/Clinton County line.

1:31 am – Sheriff’s Office and K9 Alan assisting in location of suspects who left on foot after a car accident on I-35 in Clinton County.

4:10 am – Two subjects from above have been located. Third still out on foot.

12 pm – Sheriff and deputy out at North Daviess School conducting Active Shooter Training.

12:32 pm – MSHP arrested Emily Sporleder, 31, and Jeremy Sunnek, 31, both of Rosemount, Minn., for misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Both subjects posted a $250 cash bond and were released.

3:55 pm – Schuyler County advising they have Jacob Kauffman, 27, Ottumwa, IA, on Daviess County warrant for FTA for misdemeanor no valid license. Kauffman was unable to post the $1,000 cash bond and was transferred to DDCRJ.

4:02 pm – Court Supervision Services in Hamilton advising they have Aaron Balliett, 21, Cameron, in their office. Balliett is wanted on a Daviess County warrant for violation of bond on original charges of involuntary manslaughter and DWI.  DDCRJ will transport Balliett from Caldwell County Detention to their facility. Bond is set at $50,000 cash only.

6:09 pm – Cow out on 165th Street in Altamont.

6:41 pm – Cow out on Highway 69 north of Pattonsburg.

6:46pm-cows out on Highway 69 north of Cameron.
