6:07 am – Report of domestic disturbance in Jameson. Sheriff’s Office (SO) arrived on scene and 12-hour no contact rule was invoked.
8:54 am – SO out with K-9 Alan at the Pattonsburg School.
7:53 pm – Andrew Salmon, 26, St Paul, Minn., posted $230 cash bond on FTA charges of misdemeanor possession of synthetic cannabinoid and paraphernalia on Daviess County warrant. Salmon was in custody at DDCRJ for Livingston County.

9 am – Court in session.
9:15 am – Jackson County advising they have Brigette Callaway, 50, Independence, on Daviess County warrant for tampering with a motor vehicle, class C felony. Callaway will be transferred to DDCRJ on $35,000 cash only bond. The warrant originated in July of 2016 when subject reported to the SO that their car had been stolen.

10:56 am – Complaint of vehicle being tailgated by another south of Gallatin on Highway 13.

9 am – Court in session.
9:47 pm – Attempt to make traffic stop on motorcycle travelling at 125mph on I-35 at the 79mm. Subject is not stopping. Lost sight of him at the 99mm.
10:46 pm – SO and MSHP back to the 99mm with report of above motorcycle in the ditch. Suspect may have been picked up by someone else. Info on vehicle given to law enforcement.
11:28 pm – Bethany PD has above vehicle stopped at the 88mm. Suspect from above is in the car.
12:27 pm – SO arrested Daryl Dewayne Travis, 47, Raytown. Travis was transported to DDCRJ where a warrant was issued with charges of resisting arrest by fleeing, felony D, two counts of excessive speed, misdemeanor B, driving while suspended, misdemeanor, and numerous traffic violations. Bond is set at $15,000 cash.

9:47am – Report of cows out on Highway 6 east of Altamont.
4:24 pm – Subject reporting items taken from residence at Lake Viking. Only two items were reported missing from the residence.
7:03 pm – Chillicothe PD requesting well-being check on subject.
7:37 pm – Car vs. deer on I-35 near the Exit 61. No injuries.

12:05 am – MSHP arrested William Stanley Perkins, 46, McFall, for no valid license, class D felony. Perkins was transported to DDCRJ. Bond is set at $15,000.
8:22 pm – Car hit horse south of Jamesport and did not stop. Subject had called tow company to pick up car but left scene. Driver not located.

10:25 am – Report of stolen and damaged election signs from the Pattonsburg, Jamesport and Gallatin areas.
11:03 am – Report of cattle out on I-35 at the 79mm.
2 pm – Sheriff and juvenile officer with subjects regarding property damage to park in Pattonsburg.
2:28 pm – In Pattonsburg regarding township problem.
3:01 pm – Residential burglary alarm in Pattonsburg. All OK upon arrival.
3:30 pm – Suspicious vehicle on Highway BB southwest of Winston.
