The administrator visited with Circuit Clerk Pam Howard and her deputies, Sandy Dustman and Jennifer Hoppenthaler.
All courts in the state will be participating in a work study program Oct. 24-Nov. 18, in which the State is gathering information for a complete and accurate analysis of the court clerk workload. The study will determine staffing demands and equitable allocation of staff resources.
This study will be the first completed since all courts in the state began E-filing. Daviess County participated in the last study which was completed in 2013. The circuit clerk’s office is a state office; personnel are paid as state employees.
During her visit, Administrator Lloyd admired and was very complimentary of the Daviess County Courthouse and the way it has been maintained.
