Absentee voting times announced for election

Absentee voting for the November 8 General Election begin on September 27th and continues through November 7th at the Daviess County Clerk’s office in Gallatin. The County Clerk’s office will also be open on Saturday November 5th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The last day to request a ballot by mail is November 2nd. People may send written requests to: Vicki Corwin, Daviess County Clerk, 102 N Main, Gallatin, MO 64640, or fax to 660-663-2641. Name, physical address, mailing address, date of birth, last four digits of Social Security number, phone number, reason for voting absentee and a signature must be included.
