County Commission
Ross Williams, brush mower operator, discussed brush issues around the county. He will be brush cutting 195th Street in Salem Township.
The road and bridge crew will be installing a 5′ tube on 195th Street and will be repairing storm damage on Waltz Avenue in Harrison Township, also in Colfax and Jefferson Township and other areas as calls come in from townships and residents.
Commissioners reported from the LEPC meeting that the flow study required has been completed.
Commissioners agreed to request bids for a proposal for a telephone system and service for the county courthouse.
Mary Hacking discussed moving the entertainment stage to the employee parking lot on Thursday evening before Chautauqua weekend. The sheriff’s department was contacted regarding any issues.
Commissioners held discussion with Sheriff Ben Becerra about an agreement with the Department of Defense.
Commissioners reviewed roads, brush and bridges in Harrison, Monroe, and Jamesport Township.
