4:40 pm – Peter Spagnotti, 19, Albany, was transferred to DDCRJ from Pottawattamie County, IA, on Daviess County warrant for four counts of class C felony stealing. The incident occurred in March of 2016. Subject had fled the area. Bond is set at $35,000 cash.

2:30 am – Report of abandoned vehicle on side of Highway 13 south of Jameson.
9:42 am – Escorting tractor parade from Hamilton on Highway CC to Highway 6.
1:03 pm – Harrison County advising that Dennis Swearingin, 36, Pattonsburg, posted a $2,500 cash bond at their facility on Daviess County charges of FTA on probation violation for traffic violation.
2:15 pm – Assisting Cameron PD with search for suspect involved in incident in Cameron.
4:17 pm – Complaint of person texting while driving.
6:57 pm – Report of gas drive off from Winston Pit Stop. Direction of travel for vehicle unknown.

7:30 am – Cow out on Highway CC and Vista.
1:36 pm – MSHP arrested Samantha Brown, 19, Lenexa, KS, for class C felony possession of controlled substance and misdemeanor DWI, drug intoxication. According to the probable cause report, she was arrested after a citizen report of a careless and imprudent driver traveling eastbound on Missouri 6 from U.S. 69 in Daviess County. Trooper M. Neely conducted the traffic stop on Highway 13 south of Highway 6. Brown performed poorly on a field sobriety test and was placed under arrest. Brown was taken to DDCRJ. Bond is set at $35,000 cash only.
4:58 pm – Verbal disagreement in Jamesport.
8:39 pm – Subject at courthouse involved in domestic in Gallatin. Gallatin PD advised and responded.
8:55 – Out with ATV east of I-35 at the 80mm.
11:15 pm – Subject requesting well-being check on overdue family member.

7:31 am – False burglary alarm at residence northeast of Jameson.
9:02 pm – Assisting DFS with emergency call.
10:30 pm – Carroll County reported that Lacey Meador, 20, Chillicothe, posted a $250 cash bond at their facility on Daviess County charges of FTA on passing bad checks, misdemeanor.
