Bridge deck replacement at the US 36 and Interstate 35 interchange at Cameron began Aug. 8.

According to MoDOT, the medians between the eastbound and westbound bridges will be closed during construction, preventing all left turns in all four directions at the interchange.
Traffic will be rerouted through Cameron until construction is complete. Crews anticipate the project will be completed by Dec. 15. Motorists should expect lane closures and possible delays for the duration of the project.
Hours of operation will be 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work in case of bad weather.
Bridge closed at Kingston
Route 13 will be closed at the Log Creek Bridge near Kingston for bridge deck replacement. The bridge is scheduled to be closed through November. Traffic is being rerouted to I-35 and Highway 116.
US 36 closed at Hamilton
US Route 36 in Hamilton will also be closed Aug. 8-12 for a pavement repair project.
