High winds early Thursday morning (July 7) knocked down trees around Gallatin and blew the stained glass window out of the Presbyterian Church located on Main Street south. The glass fell inside and shattered. Only a couple of larger pieces were able to be saved, the rest was in shards. The falling glass scuffed the backmost pews. Church is not held in this area of the building; it is held inside the sanctuary.
