On June 21, 2016, at approximately 7:43 p.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a body of water just south of St Joseph, Missouri, and recovered the body of a Hispanic male. The Missouri State Highway Patrol has positively identified the deceased as Ezequiel Contreras-Vasques, 48, from St Joseph, Missouri. The Patrol’s Division of Drug and Crime Control continues to investigate. Autopsy results are pending.
