7:30 am – vehicle rollover accident on Highway 13 north of Coffey near Harrison County line.
8:47 am – car off the roadway on Highway 69 just north of Highway DD. No injuries.
1:19 pm – burglary reports taken on two businesses in Pattonsburg that occurred last week. $300 cash was taken from one business and $120 from the other. There appeared to be no forced entry to either.
4:01 pm – in Winston with abandoned vehicle.

11:30 am – complaint regarding driver of vehicle in Jamesport driving too fast through town.
1:28 pm – ATV driven by MODOT worker has rolled over and down an embankment off of I-35 at the 72mm. No injuries.
3:53 pm – fight in progress in Jamesport. Subject reported to be using metal pipe in assault.
4:10 pm – suspect has left the scene. Advised of information on suspect vehicle.
5:05 pm – Suspect has been apprehended in Grundy County by MSHP and is being transferred to Daviess Co S.O. Timothy Johnson, age 44 from Louisiana, Mo., was transported to Daviess DeKalb County Regional Jail (DDCRJ). He is charged with class c Felony Assault, 2nd degree. Bond is set at $35,000 cash.
9:25 pm – MSHP arrested Diane Smith, age 57, from Edwardsville Kan., for Class B felony Possession of Controlled Substance with the intent to distribute, misdemeanor, No valid driver’s license, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. Smith was transported to DDCRJ on $75000 cash bond.
10:31 pm – report of vehicle accident on I-35 at the 77mm. Car vs semi. Both cars off the road with minor injuries.

1:03 am – out with subject on Highway 6 just outside of Altamont. Subject was parked in highway taking pictures of lightning.
7:10 am – report of burglary to building at Jamesport Park.
8:54 am – request for well being check on individual living in Gallatin.
10 am – Sheriff, Deputy Miller and K-9 Alan out at DDCRJ.
12:54 pm – Domestic dispute in Pattonsburg. Summons issued and 12 hour rule invoked.
5:02 pm – Well being check requested on subject in Altamont.
6:23 pm – civil dispute over 6 dog.

10 am – Sheriff at Jail Board Meeting.
1:09 pm – out at residence in Gallatin reference possible medical assist.
2:54 pm – out with subject in Gallatin reference well being check requested by family who lives out of country.
5:32 pm – numerous reports of funnel clouds sighted in several areas of Daviess County. No damage reported.

5:52 pm – report of 8-12 year old kids causing problems in business area of Jamesport.

1:49 am – Brian Ettleman, age 37 from Jamesport, was arrested by S.O. for felony DWI and No Valid License, misdemeanor. Ettleman was transported to DDCRJ on $15,000 cash only bond.
6:53 am – domestic dispute in Jamesport.
4:05 pm – report of vehicle rollover accident on Highway 69 and Oval Avenue with injuries. Will also need extrication.
5:54 pm – landlord / tenant dispute.
9:41 pm – complaint of vehicle sitting in southbound lane of Highway V near Quick Avenue. Person is talking on cell phone.
5-30-16
5:46 am – report of vandalism to several mailboxes on Lake Viking Terrace.
10:47 am – complaint of trap shooting.
10:58 am – person reporting someone had a party on his property north of Kidder.
11:28 am -owner of storage buildings off of Exit 61 of I-35 reporting that some of the padlocks to the units had been cut off. Only one renter has been located and nothing was taken from his unit. Will have to make contact with other renters before it can be determined if anything else is missing.
1 pm – MSHP arrested Sierra Polk, age 24 from Bentonville, AR, for misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. Polk was transported to DDCRJ where she later posted a $750 cash bond and was released.
5:43 pm – one vehicle accident on I-35. No injuries.
