A Chillicothe woman received moderate injuries in a one-vehicle accident that happened at about 7:30 a.m. on May 24 in Daviess County.

According to the highway patrol, Jamie Murphy, 43, Chillicothe, was driving a 2000 Volkswagen Beetle southbound on Hwy. 13. About a half mile north of Coffey, she lost control and the vehicle went off the right side of the roadway and down an embankment, rolled once, and came to rest on its wheels.
Ms. Murphy was taken to Harrison County Community Hospital via private vehicle.
