3:12 pm – Buchanan County advising they have Anthony Davis, 31, St Joseph, in custody on Daviess County charges of class D felony non-support. Davis was transferred to DDCRJ on $6,000 cash bond.
5:45 pm – Butler County, KS, advising they have Cassandra Ellison, 35, Augusta, KS, in custody on Daviess County charges for probation violation. Her original charge is class C felony possession of a controlled substance. Ellison will be transported back to DDCRJ after she signs a waiver of Extradition to return to Missouri. Bond is denied.

7 am – Sheriff attending Missouri Sheriffs Association board meeting in Jefferson City.
7:52 am – MSHP requesting assistance on traffic stop east of Gallatin.
4:49 pm – Domestic dispute in Altamont.

12:52 am – Semi vs. buggy east of Jamesport on Highway 6. No injuries except to horse.
4:30 pm – Sarah First, 19, Jamesport, turned herself in at the Sheriff’s Office (SO) to post bond on Daviess County charges of eight counts of class C felony passing bad checks. She posted 10% of a $5,000 bond and was released.
8:16 pm – Semi broke down on Highway 69 in front of the Winston Truck Stop that is blocking the eastbound lane and is also leaking fuel.

4:30 am – MSHP arrested Reyna Khayman, 18, Dows, IA, for DWI and transferred him to DDCRJ on 12-hour detoxification. He was released with a summons.
1 pm – Report of grass fire on east side of I-35 at the 68mm. Smoke is beginning to cross the highway making it difficult to see.
3:49 pm – Report of assault to person in Jamesport but doesn’t know if he wants to press charges.
11:40 pm – Vehicle in ditch on gravel road south of Coffey.

1:18 am – Joshua Schemp, 18, Hamilton, was arrested by Daviess County and transferred to DDCRJ on 12-hour detoxification hold. Schemp was released on a summons.
1:45 am – MSHP arrested Dalton Clemmons, 18, Bethany, for DWI. Clemmons was issued a summons and transferred to DDCRJ for 12-hour detoxification hold.
8:59 am – Complaint of trash and other items dumped in yard of residence near Jamesport.
2:05 pm – MSHP arrested Larry Moody, 51, New Hampton, for class D felony no valid driver’s license. Moody was transferred to DDCRJ on $15,000 bond.
2:52 pm – Report of damage to mailbox on Highway CC west of Gallatin.
