“We are very excited about the Dockery Park Shooting Range, and pleased that the NRA is making an investment in our youth,” said Alicia Endicott, County Coordinator for Daviess County 4-H Shooting Sports.

The amount of $3,224 of the grant will go towards a covered shooting pavilion at the range and for benches. The rest of the funds were received in the form of equipment, including bow cases, targets and shooting mats.

“The North Central Friends of the NRA Chapter, located in Bethany, has been very supportive of our recent grant applications and we thank them in their efforts to bring fund-raising programs and community events to our area”, said Alicia.
